The refund applies when your main business number rings us — every call reaches the system, so every call is ours to book. Prefer we only pick up what you miss? That works, and plenty of shops start there. It just doesn't carry the guarantee, because we can't promise you jobs from the calls we never hear.
Day one is go-live — the day your calls begin reaching the system and it passes our checks, whatever routing you are on. Never the day you sign. We put the start and end dates in writing. The $1,500 monthly starts on day 31, after the guarantee window, so nothing monthly is charged inside it.
